We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Agde, this charming air-conditioned studio with a surface of 31 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The south-east facing flat is composed as follows:
- A fully-equipped kitchen area with, among other things, an electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, toaster, Senseo coffee machine...
- A day area of 20m² including a dining area and a lounge area with a sofa, TV and coffee table.
This living area can be adapted, one part can be transformed into a sleeping area thanks to the folding bed (140x190).
- A bathroom (shower) with WC.

Outside :
- A terrace in the extension of the flat with outdoor furniture (tables, chairs and deckchairs) to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of the naturist village of Cap d'Agde, less than 500 metres from the beach, in a very pleasant and calm environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Mole and La Roquille beach located near by passing the Lano Park.
- La Conque beach 2.3 km away (29 min walk).
- Gulf of Cap d'Agde at 2.4 km (4 min by car).
