- The main house, measuring 140m², is fully air-conditioned and includes a equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 1 double bed, two bathrooms, two toilets, and a laundry room.

- The 35m² studio, also air-conditioned, comes with a kitchen, a double bed, a shower room, and a toilet. (Possibility of a second sleeping arrangement with a sofa bed).

The property is completely enclosed and offers a panoramic view of the Luberon and the Sainte-Victoire mountains.

You can enjoy the 5000m² landscaped garden, private tennis court, pool, barbecue, solarium, or the petanque court under the Provencal sun.
