Our agency offers this charming and comfortable, tastefully decorated renovated house nestled in the heart of Les Sables-d'Olonne. Ideally located, it is 800 meters from the Arago district, renowned for its lively daily market and diverse boutiques. The large embankment beach is just 1 kilometer away, providing easy access to relax by the sea.

The house has private parking on the side, providing secure parking for up to 3 cars, as well as a garage. On the ground floor, the pavilion opens onto a cozy living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Two inviting bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with a toilet and washbasin complete this floor.

Upstairs, an elegant master suite awaits you with a queen-size bed, as well as a sloping dressing room equipped with a baby bed and an adjoining shower room. Two further bedrooms, also equipped with queen-size beds, an additional bathroom, and a separate toilet ensure comfortable accommodation for all guests.

Modern amenities make your stay easier, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, television, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the sun on the sunny terrace, equipped with garden furniture, for relaxing moments outdoors.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this rental. If you prefer not to worry about end-of-stay cleaning, a service is available for an additional fee of €50, plus €1 per square meter. Linen rental is also available, with a pair of sheets for €18 and a towel set for €10 per person.
