The old town of Annecy being a few minutes on foot or by bike, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without having to take your car.



You have a garage available for 1 car as well as a bike room.



Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the reservation.

- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
