- A first bedroom with 160cm bed overlooking the backyard.
- A second bedroom on the street side with two 90cm beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub, double sink, washing machine.
- A separate toilet with mini sink.
- A garage at 14 avenue de Chambery (400 m from the accommodation)

Avenue d'Aléry is part of the hyper center 5min walk from the bus station shops and less than 10min from the old districts and the market (3 times a week).

The lake is only a kilometer away. At the foot of the building regular bus lines depart and sail throughout Annecy and the surrounding area.

Ideal for a stay without car (even if it is offered a private parking space 400m from the residence).
