One of the bedrooms also features a modern private shower room.

The dormitory: designed for both children and adults
The dormitory has been conceived as a truly separate space, both warm and playful.

• 4 single beds (90×200), suitable for both children and adults,
• high-quality mattresses ensuring optimal comfort,
• individual reading lights and power outlets for each bed,
• a carefully designed layout where each bed forms a small cabin—a cosy refuge that delights children and provides adults with a private, snug space.

Bathrooms and toilets
The chalet includes two modern bathrooms, each featuring a very spacious walk-in shower.
Elegant finishes and practical layouts make group stays easy, while two separate toilets add appreciated comfort for large families or stays with friends.

Outdoor spaces
The private 80 m² terrace is a privileged spot to enjoy the view.
It features outdoor lounge furniture, sun loungers, a shaded dining area, and a barbecue.
The large, tree-lined garden, secured for children, includes a trampoline and a swing set.

In winter, reach the “Évasion Mont-Blanc” ski area quickly:
