The apartment is on the 2nd and last floor of a small condominium. The residence has only 2 floors, there is no elevator.
- Beautiful kitchen, spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave etc... Everything you may need is at your disposal). The kitchen is open to the living room with a very large granite "table" that can be used on the living room side and on the kitchen side.
- A beautiful bedroom (20m²), comfortable and air-conditioned, very nicely decorated with large closets and a dresser. The bedding, bed linen, pillows etc. are of high quality. The double bed (180 x 190) or 2 single beds (90 x 190) will be prepared for your arrival.
- A spacious air-conditioned living room with 2 beds (2 convertible sofas of 100 x 200).
The kitchen being open on the living room, curtains have been arranged and are just to be drawn to create a good intimacy, almost like a 2nd large bedroom.
- A beautiful bathroom with a very large shower. Various towels, small or large, are provided for you. You only need to bring your beach towels.
- A beautiful terrace (18m²) is in front of the entrance door of the apartment. Private terrace with an electric barbecue (Weber), a large table, garden furniture, blinds allow you to rest, to enjoy the surrounding permanent show.
- Bed linen, towels, tea towels, sunshade: at your disposal. The dirty linen is replaced every week. It can be considered a cleaning service during your stay if you wish (extra charge).
- The apartment is equipped with a fast wifi (fiber), a TV giving access to more than 150 channels and music available: speaker with Spotify.
- A great "plus" for this location in Albufeira: Box (closed garage) in the basement of the residence.
Access:
* Faro airport is 40Km and 35mn by car. 40€ by VTC for 4 people.
* 350 m from the cab station
* The Albufeira Ferreiras train station is 10km away
* The main bus station is 1.9 km away (Terminal Rodoviario de Albufeira). Buses to all of Portugal and Spain (3h15 to Seville).

* Pets are not allowed
* The residence is inhabited throughout the year, it is not a condominium for strictly tourist purposes, quiet is requested and parties are not accepted. Noise is forbidden as everywhere in Portugal from 10 pm to 7 am.
