Accommodation: Located on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator, duplex planned for 6 people. Upon entering, you will be greeted by an entrance that leads to a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a living room with tv is open to the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom.The living room gives access to a balcony facing east, where you can enjoy outdoor meals with the furnished garden furniture. Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom and shower room.The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker filters, toaster, as well as dishes and a full kitchen battery.
