The Residence Le Chamois d'Or comprises of 3 floors and is situated in Praz sur Arly, Alps only 500m from the pistes and the ski school. The centre of the resort and its shops are 600m away. The resort offers a large skiing area: from 120 to 192km long pistes depending on the type of ski passes and from the Espace Val d'Arly to the Espace Diamant... Surface area : about 31 m². 1st floor. Orientation : West. Living room with bed-settee (140*190). Bedroom with double bed (140*190). Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, oven / microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 2 induction cooking rings, fridge-freezer. Bathroom. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
