The apartment is fully equipped (Shower room with walk-in shower, WC, television, washing machine, dryer. Fridge / freezer, WiFi, air purifier).
A bed for 2 adults and possibility of a 3rd person on the sofa.
During a heat wave, the loft is cool (temperature never exceeds ( 25 °C).
Public transportation : Numerous buses (40, 95, 80, 60, 31) and the Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro station (line 12), allow easy access to the various Parisian monuments and museums (Louvre, Opéra, Champs-Elysées, Musée d'Orsay, etc.) as well as the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores and other shopping districts.
The neighborhood is very lively and well-served. There is a supermarket 2 steps away and as many restaurants, cafés / terraces, and bars as you could hope for.
