Set in a quiet residential area of Cannes and barely a 20 minute walk to the Palais des festivals and about 10 minutes to the main beach front on the Croisette, it is ideally situated to attend one of the many conferences in Cannes or just for a short holiday.

The living area has a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed making the apartment comfortable for 2 people.

A lovely terrace with open views on the residence gardens, a table and chairs.

The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower attachement and a wash basin, there is a separate WC.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a micro wave, hobs, an oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine.
