We propose to you, in hyper center Toulouse, this charming apartment in tomette of a surface of 49 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located in the heart of the Carmes district, on the 3rd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room, an equipped kitchen open on the living room, two bedrooms, a shower-room. The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dishcloths), your bed will be prepared at your arrival.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance
- A living room with corner sofa, coffee table, TV on the wall
- A fully equipped kitchen open on the living room with a dining table and 4 standing tables
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Storage space.
- A bathroom (shower) with a basin.
- A separate toilet

The apartment is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
Concerning the means of transport, here is some information which could be useful to you:
- Nearest subway station: Carmes station at 2min walk ( 160 m)
- Nearest train station : Toulouse-Matabiau : metro line B stop Carmes with a change at Jean Jaures line A (16 min)
- Nearest airport : Toulouse-Blagnac : metro line B stop Carmes. Get off at Compans Cafferelli then take the Aéro shuttle (25min). Alternatively, take the tramway to Palais de justice line T2.

- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

In order to comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form. This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.
