Garden level: living/dining room with access to the garden and a terrace of approximately 50 sqm, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers. 1 bedroom with 1 bed (160 cm) with en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet. Fully equipped open kitchen.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (80*200), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (80*190), a bathroom with toilet, and a solarium with a small sea and hills view.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit of €1200 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €140.
