Colbert House: Located in Lacanau, on the edge of the pine forest, this small semi-detached house is integrated into a residence with authentic charm, designed like a true village with its cobbled streets, small squares and terraced houses preceded by a patio. This verdant and peaceful environment is particularly sought after for a seasonal rental stay in Lacanau, close to the ocean, the lake and large natural spaces.



The house is located approximately 2.5 kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean beaches and shops, and 3 kilometres from Lake Lacanau, offering an ideal balance between tranquillity and access to water activities, cycle paths and resort entertainment. A private parking area is located at the entrance of the residence, facilitating parking.



On the ground floor, the living area offers a friendly living space with armchairs, a sofa bed for two people and a television, opening onto a functional kitchen area. This is equipped to allow an autonomous stay, with a dining space and all the necessary equipment for preparing meals during the holidays.



Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and storage, as well as a second bedroom equipped with bunk beds and wardrobes, ideal for accommodating children. A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC completes the set.



Outside, a small garden with a terrace, fitted with a table, chairs and sun loungers, allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful days, in a natural and peaceful setting, in the heart of the pine forest. This house is a pleasant option for a family holiday or a nature stay in Lacanau.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
