This charming 33 m² flat in La Giettaz can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 13 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, filter coffee machine, etc.
- Corridor: a bunk bed sleeping 3 (single beds)
- Bedroom: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Nearby amenities:
- The chalet overlooks the village, which is 500 m away. La Giettaz is a charming little Savoyard village, very authentic, located between La Clusaz (12kms) and Mégève (15kms).
- The 150km ski area extends as far as Combloux and Megève. A shuttle bus runs during the season to Les Contamines-Montjoie.
- Village shops: a tobacconist/newsagent/ souvenir shop and bar, a mini-market, which also serves as a bakery, 3 restaurants, 1 hotel, 1 bakery, 1 tourist office with 1 activity leader available at the height of the season.

Activities :
- Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledging and dog-sledding are the main winter activities.
- Discover the flora and fauna, accompanied by a local guide; mountain walks, swimming at the Flumet lake (5km);
- Visit a dairy (where Reblochon cheese is made) and mountain pasture farms.
- The Fête des Alpages takes place every year on 15 August at the top of the Col des Arravis in La Giettaz.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, which can accommodate up to 8 vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Albertville station 40 km away (1 hour by car)
- Nearest airport: Annecy Mont Blanc airport, 35 km away (40 minutes by car)
- Bus links to surrounding villages: Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, La Clusaz are also available.

- A pet is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (or at an additional cost from our local service provider).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
