Small 45 m2 house renovated in 2021-2022 in the centre of Paimpol, close to the port, seafront and amenities.
Ideally located for visiting Bréhat, the pink granite coast, walking the GR34 and enjoying the atmosphere of Paimpol.
The house has just been awarded 3 stars in the tourist accommodation classification.
On the ground floor you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine, washing machine, etc.) and a sitting area with sofa and TV.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 140X200 and the other with 2 single beds 80X200, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside, there is a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The house is semi-detached on one side, separated by a palisade.
One parking space is allocated.
Accommodation equipped with Wifi.
All shops within walking distance, market on Tuesday mornings.
A deposit of €150 is required.
Rentals are from Saturday (2pm) to Saturday (10am).
