## Logement
This beautiful triplex space with exposed beams, renovated in a modern and minimalist style with high quality natural materials, will allow you to live a few days in Chamonix comfortably. It can accommodate 6 people!

It's located on Chamonix's emblematic central square, with a view of Mont Blanc. Drop off your car and take advantage of the hypercenter location, ideal for doing everything on foot. Located on the second and top floor of a typical building with old-world charm, it comprises 2 floors and a small additional refuge.

- On the second floor, you will find the living room with a kitchen in Chamonix granite.
- On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a separate bathroom with toilet.
- On the third floor, you will find a refuge type room with a double bed.

You will enjoy a real immersion in the heart of Chamonix life thanks to the location in the hyper-center (pedestrian street) : restaurants, stores, bars, museum, tourist office, guide company, activities and access to the Brevent-Flégère domain at 10 minutes walking distance. The breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc at the foot of the apartment (not from the apartment) will leave you with beautiful memories.

Remarks:
The third floor refuge room is partially open to the central staircase
The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

The Chamonix train station is a 5-10 minute walk away and so is the bus station!

A ski rental shop "O'shop/ Ekosport" is a 10 minute walk away, on the Place Edmond Desailloud, and will offer you a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the flat. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
