Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a pretty living room of 26 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- An office with a glass roof overlooking one of the bedrooms with a single sofa bed.

- A separate toilet
