Directly located on the Cours Saleya, with its typical and colourful buildings, and where the magnificent flower market is held every day, you will be here in the heart of Nice's life!

Located on the ground floor (a few steps from the entrance to the flat), it is composed of :

- a living room (with television and sofa)

- a fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, juicer, fridge, crockery and cutlery.

- a separate toilet, with a washing machine

- a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom corner with a bathtub and washbasin



There is a fan and a space heater available.



Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), free Wifi internet connection.



The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.



The location is exceptional: the beaches and the Promenade des Anglais are at the foot of the building at 60m!

You will be located directly on the Cours Saleya, which is the mythical place of markets of all kinds, lined with restaurants, cafés and small local shops.



- Tramway line 1 (from/to Nice Ville station): stop Opéra Vieille Ville at 5min

- Tramway line 2 (to/from the airport): Garibaldi/Le Château at 10min
