We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Pietrosella, this charming air-conditioned duplex with sight sea, with less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 37 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 m², terrace and balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor (level -1):
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with access to the terrace and garden.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) with access to the terrace and the garden.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the ground floor (level 0):
- A 37 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...

Outside :
- A balcony of 19 m² facing North, accessible from the living room with furniture.
- A wooden terrace of 18 m² facing North and a garden of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
