## Neighborhood

Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the mildness of the South during your stay. The beach is only 10 minutes away by car, and you can enjoy the sea air to recharge your batteries! You can also leave the residence to walk along the canal, or enjoy the shops and restaurants around the flat.
You will be able to visit San Peyre, a volcanic cone, the castle of La Napoule and in 20 min by car you can visit the city of Cannes.
