We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Perpignan, this charming apartment entirely renovated, at 10 minutes with foot of the heart of the city, of a surface of 44 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room, an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony overlooking gardens. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A corridor leading to a dressing room
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony facing South East, dimension 1×8 m with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

Once past the imposing fortified gate, stroll along the narrow streets and discover the treasures of the old city, such as the Cathedral of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the Place de la Loge, the Loge de la mer, the fortress palace of the kings of Majorca... stroll in the heart of the Bir Hakeim square or along the majestic promenade des Platanes.
