We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cannes, this charming air-conditioned flat with a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A 9 m² balcony with a triple exposure (South, East and North), not overlooked, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, hair dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Cannes is a seaside town on the Côte d'Azur which is full of both tourist and typical activities. We suggest you stroll along the coast to enjoy the beautiful views and the mildness of Provence. If you are eager for sensations, many nautical activities are proposed on the beaches of the region: jetski, parasailing, paddle... If you are looking for more authenticity, go to the Vieux Port to take a boat trip to the Lérins Islands. And of course what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, restaurants, atmospheric bars, casinos, lush hotels and shops are around every corner.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the flat's outside car park (1 vehicle).

- Nearest train station: Cannes train station located 10 minutes away on foot.
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport located 28 minutes away by car.
