- The famous terrace with its exceptional view of the sea and the Lérins Islands.
- A master bedroom opening onto the kitchen, with a queen-size bed, closet/dressing area, and a wall-mounted TV.
- A second smaller bedroom with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with a shower and WC.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
15 minutes by bus from Cannes train station, 8 minutes by car.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

- Enjoy the Mouré Rouge beaches as if they were your own backyard.

- And within a ten-minute drive:
- Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals.
- Take the train to discover other gems of the region such as Antibes, Nice, Monaco.
- Shop along Rue d’Antibes.

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
