We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Caen, this charming apartment located in the private court of a dwelling, of a surface of 32 m ² and being able to accomodate 3 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An 18 m² living room with TV, single sofa bed, armchair and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a desk.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 200 m², facing south with furniture
- A petanque ground with a game of bowls provided
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Caen, in a very pleasant environment within a residential area. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, cinema "le Lux" (50 m)...

The castle of William the Conqueror, the abbey-aux-Hommes, the abbey-aux-Dames, the museum of Normandy as well as the shows and concerts proposed in the city compose a rich cultural offer. Let's not forget the Caen Memorial Museum, a unique place of reflection on conflicts and peacekeeping.
The cinema "Le lux" located at 2 steps from the accommodation proposes sometimes theme evenings as well as various events during the year.
You can also enjoy a large green park 30 meters from the accommodation.
