The Chalet Casa de Monzel is located in La Bresse, 10 min walking distance from the city center, nearby the ski stations (La Bresse Hohneck, La Bresse Lispach, La Bresse Brabant) as well as close the several lakes (lac des corbeaux, lac de gerardmer, lac de retournemer, etc.). This chalet of 100sqm on a land of 800sqm can welcome 8 guests and is just next multiple hiking trails of the Natural park of the Vosges. The chalet is fully equipped and very comfortable.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This property requires a security deposit of 500 Euros to be collected separately by the property prior to Check In (Cash or Wire Transfer). The security deposit will be restituted within the week following the checkout (post verification of the chalet by our concierge).

RENTING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- Electricity is included in the price. Excessive consumption of more than 10 Euros per night will be charged to the guests.

- Bed Linen and Bath towels are included in the price.

- Log basket will be systematically full at arrival for Chimney for guests' usage for free. Refill of log basket will be at guest's own costs.

- Maximum 2 pets allowed (Charges may apply). Please let us know at the time of booking.

- City tax will be collected during checkout (if not charged at the time of booking).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

1) Ground Floor:

- Entrance with wardrobe, hanging rail and multiple shelves for proper storage
- Washing machine and dryer
- 1 Restroom with its sink
- 1 Bathroom with shower/body jets and sink/mirror
- 1 Sauna for 2/3 persons
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen open on the dining/living room with fridge, micro wave, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extracting hood, 3 coffee machines, fruit juice extractor, full set of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses and pans, raclette machine, bread toaster, etc.
- 1 dining room with family table for 8 persons (and 8 chairs)
- 1 living room with convertible sofa, armchair, 1 table, wood burner, baby chair, TV with internet and Netflix, DVD reader
- 1 Terrasse of 45sqm, with panoramic view on the mountains, accessible from the kitchen or the living room and with a family table, 2 benches and a gaz barbecue
