Close to the beach and shops, this flat is perfect in order to have a break and enjoy the sun and beach of the southern French country.

This 75 sq. m air conditioned flat is situated on the first and last floor (without elevator) with a view on the lake. This flat, located in the secured and quiet residence Les Hauts de Vaugrenier, at the heart of a superb and green 130 hectares park with view on the sea and the mountains, includes:
- a charming living-room,
- two beautiful balconies,
- a nice bedroom with double bed,
- a bedroom with bunkbeds,
- a very well-equipped kitchen: kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher,
- a bathroom with a shower,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment, washing machine, dryer,
- TV, Wifi, fan and air conditioning,
- access to the residence's many facilities: secure Olympic-size swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September, for a fee) with sun loungers and parasols, tennis court, boules pitch, swings, basketball court, fitness trail, sports coach...

## Neighborhood

With the beach being a few minutes away from the apartment, you will get to enjoy the Mediterranean sea breeze and sun. The center of Villeneuve-Loubet and its beaches are at a 10 min drive or about 15 min with bikes, perfect to enjoy all the shops and restaurants as well as the sea. The cities of Antibes and Cagnes-sur-Mer are located at a 15 min drive. Finally you will find the wonderful city of Nice at around 30 min by car.
