Cleaning costs OUR responsibility. Sunday arrival or departure only possible in July/August, on request. In the event of departure on a Sunday, a surcharge of 10 euros will be added to the price of the cleaning service.

A security deposit (cheque or cash) is required on arrival, and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage is found on departure:
- Deposit of 500 euros to cover any costs incurred as a result of damage.
- Deposit of 100 euros for any cleaning not carried out that is the responsibility of the tenants or any additional costs due to a lack of regular maintenance of the property
- Deposit of 50 euros for swimming pool badges/wristbands (200 euros in total).

Minimum 5-night rental.
For long weekends / bank holidays... rental possible (3-night minimum); 115 euros per night.
