It has been fully renovated by an interior designer with high-quality materials.
On the ground floor, a living-room, a well-furnished open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, oven, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, washing-machine) and guest toilets.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and its en-suite shower with toilets, a second bedroom with bunk beds and s ingle bed and its own en-suite shower-oom with toilets.
On the top floor, a large masterbedroom with a double bed (160cm), a large shower-oom, a wardrobe and a balcony with a view on the canal.

The beach is 5-minute away by walk.
Free Access to the Coches d'eau shuttles in summer time.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

• The bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. You can rent some as an addition.
• The final cleaning is not included in the booking but can be bought in addition.
• Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
• Resort fees: 6,05€/ adult/ day
• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
• Contract to send back with your signature to the agency in order to confirm the booking.
• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No check-in later than 8.00pm.
• Check-out time: 10.00am at latest.
• A deposit by credit card will be requested upon your arrival. (1000€)
