ROOM 3: 2 bunk beds. 1 bathroom with bath and double sink, 1 separate toilet. BEDROOM with access from the outside and overlooking a terrace: 1 queen size bed bed, 1 bathroom with toilet. COVERED TERRACE: tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue. Outisde shower. Private unfenced garden on family land. It is essential to respect the peace and quiet of the place. Drones prohibited. Capacity: 8 people. The bunk beds cannot be used by grown-up. The house can't be rented for more than 4 adults. WIFI. Sheets and towels provided.
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 150€).
