These bedrooms are only "reserve" rooms f.e. for staff or invitees. But in view of the missing windows and the equipment not comparable to the comfort of the upstairs bedrooms.

The terraces in front of the living-and dining room offers a lounge sitting group and eating ensemble with Gas-BBQ and of course an appropriate number of sun loungers.

The panoramic sea view is adorable and to enjoy from nearly all rooms and of course from the pool area. Additionally the plot is sunlit from the morning until the sunset.

The plot of 2.300 sqm is closed and offers parking space for 3-4 cars.
