It is located 50 m from La Fossa beach and has a beautiful community swimming pool with lawn. It doesn't matter if you're more of saltwater or freshwater! Recently decorated by professional interior designers, it has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom, but it is suitable for four people, since the living/dining room has a sofa-bed for two people. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning to guarantee maximum comfort.

The accommodation is designed to make your vacation easier and has cable TV in the dining room, an American kitchen equipped with all appliances and a complete bathroom with sink, shower and bathtub combination, toilet and hair dryer.

Although when you see the beautiful views of the apartment from the terrace, you will hardly want to stay inside! Just enough to sleep, nap and little else. The bay of Calpe, the beach, are in sight and invite you to enjoy it.
