The accommodation consists of a bright living room with a dining area and relaxation space, equipped with a sofa and a television. The open kitchen is functional and fully equipped with a sink, electric hobs, refrigerator, microwave, storage, crockery and utensils.



The house has a cabin room with bunk beds, perfect for children, as well as a mezzanine bedroom open to the living area, fitted with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A utility room with a washing machine is also at your disposal.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace with a table, chairs and plancha for outdoor meals. A private car park is available for your vehicle.



The location is particularly attractive: the ocean is just 1.5 km away, the lake 5 km away, and shops 1.5 km away, which allows for easily combining beach, water activities, and local life.
