Situated 5 km from Saint-Tropez, this residence houses a collection of chalets resembling Californian houses integrated into a pine tree-covered site of 15 hectares. Ideally located 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from shops, and 5 km from Saint-Tropez, you can easily visit the surrounding villages (Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle).

Each house has a beautiful terrace and a parking space. After a few steps, the entrance of the chalet, approximately 60 square meters, opens onto the living area that leads to its large terrace. The equipped kitchen is open to the living room, and you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a bed of 160, one with a bed of 140, and one with a sofa bed. There are 2 toilets (one in the bathroom).

Enjoy both tranquility and the two furnished terraces, the main one facing the living room, the other at the back of the house to enjoy the first rays of morning sun.

For your comfort: wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, and stovetop, air conditioning in the living room.

To be paid on-site:
Security deposit: 700 euros, tourist tax.
Possibility to rent bed linen: 20 euros for a double bed and 8 euros for the towel kit.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 90 euros.
