Villa Citadine: Located in a quiet and sought-after neighbourhood of Lacanau, this single-storey villa is an ideal address for family holidays between the lake, nature and local shops. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, it offers a peaceful and secure environment, while benefiting from a privileged location just 800 metres from Lake Lacanau and approximately 200 metres from shops. The Atlantic Ocean and Lacanau Océan beaches are located about 12 kilometres away, easily accessible by car or bicycle.



The house opens onto a vast, bright living area, designed for convivial moments, with a dining space, a comfortable lounge, and a television. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and allows for simple meal preparation during the stay, with modern and functional equipment suitable for seasonal rental.



The night area consists of two double-bedded rooms with storage, ideal for parents or couples, as well as a third room equipped with bunk beds, perfectly suited to children. A bathroom with shower and washbasin completes the ensemble, while the toilets are separate for greater comfort. An adjoining garage provides access to a laundry area with a washing machine.



Outside, the villa has a large terrace designed for outdoor dining and a fully enclosed garden of approximately 750 m², a true asset for enjoying beautiful days in complete tranquillity. The garden offers direct access to the cycle path, making it easy to reach the lake, beaches or the centre of Lacanau without using a car. A barbecue is also available to share convivial moments with family or friends.



This villa is an excellent choice for a seasonal rental in Lacanau, combining tranquillity, proximity to the lake and quick access to shops. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
