Important note: From April to November, reservations are accepted from Saturday to Saturday only.

The cancellation conditions regarding Covid-19 are:

- In the event of imposed confinement or cancellation of transport for Corsica by the authorities due to Covid-19, this contract is null and void.

The balance of the rent will not be due and the deposit paid will either be refunded or carried over to another stay, at the tenant's choice.

The apartment for two people A ALTEZZA (The height) is 800m from the beaches of Palombaggia and located in a very quiet private domain surrounded by nature.Classified 4 stars (n°C0100/2016).

Access to the domain by a code gate. Access to the apartment by a staircase in the garden. Private car park.

I also provide a free access card to the beach car park.

The apartment is composed of a suite, an American kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and 2 sinks and a separate toilet.

The apartment overlooks a 16m2 wooden terrace, facing south, facing the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Sardinia and shaded by a pergola. There is no opposite.

The sea view is panoramic over the sea and the surrounding maquis.

The apartment overlooks the swimming pool heated by 36m2 of solar collectors and reserved only for 3 other accommodations.

Solar collectors also provide domestic hot water.

The apartment is well insulated and shaded which gives it great thermal comfort.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and heating.

The decoration is neat in a recent construction.

Cot, high chair, baby bath available.

The rental does not welcome animals.

The beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, in the town of Porto-Vecchio, are among the most beautiful beaches in Corsica: translucent water, bays of white sand lined with umbrella pines.

Possibility of resting on the deckchairs of the straw huts, swimming, diving in the Cerbicales marine reserve.

Palombaggia is at the foot of the Alta Rocca mountains with its large forests of maritime pines, its snow in winter and its torrents of fresh water in summer.

Bonifacio, a historic town, is 25km away. The region of the extreme south of Corsica is conducive to all outdoor and nature sports.

The kitchen is fully equipped, refrigerator, 3 hotplates, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Living room opening onto the large terrace refreshed by the sea breeze, with barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.

The living room is equipped with TV, Hifi, DVD.

The car park is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.

For babies, I can provide you with a cot, a high chair, a potty, a baby bath.
