285 m2 house renovated in 2022 with a big garden and a swimming pool of 10m x 3m, ideally located 5 minutes away on foot from the beach of La Brée and 300 meters away from the market and the town centre.
The house is on two floors with 2 kitchens, 7 bedrooms plus a games’ room that can be transformed into a bedroom on request, 3 bathrooms plus another one with shower and two large living rooms. 3 of the bedrooms can be arranged with double beds or single beds x 2 on request. The games room can accommodate two single beds if needed. A BBQ and a table tennis table are at your disposal.

The house can accommodate up to 16 adults and two children when you convert the game’s room into a bedroom.

Cleaning and bed sheets: In July and August, cleaning and bed sheets are included in the price. The rest of the year, it is not included but it is available from the concierges on demand. Their prices vary depending on how many people are staying. In July and August, weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday.
