Its privileged location along the Beach Boulevard allows you to fully enjoy the ocean, visible from the terrace, while remaining in the immediate vicinity of shops and entertainment in the centre.



The beach is located just 20 metres away, shops are about 100 metres away and Lacanau lake is 5 km away.



The apartment consists of a pleasant and bright living room, furnished with a sofa, a table with chairs and a television. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a sink, hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils. A utility room completes the set and has a washing machine and a freezer.



The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.



Upstairs, the first bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 140 cm. The second bedroom has two double beds in 140 cm, comfortably accommodating up to five people.



The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a beautiful view of the ocean and is fitted out with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying sunsets and the maritime atmosphere.



The accommodation has a private parking space and a bicycle storage room. Pets are not allowed.
