In the heart of Arcachon, just steps from the train station, shops, and beach, in a lovely, quiet 2017 residence, on the 3rd and top floor with elevator, this beautiful 70m² two-bedroom duplex apartment with a balcony offers all the comforts you could wish for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

On the ground floor, the apartment comprises:

- a large living room (double sofa bed 140x200cm/TV/Wi-Fi) with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc.), and a dining area for 6 people opening onto a west-facing balcony. Outdoor dining is possible. - a shower room with WC.

Upstairs:

- bedroom 1 (two single beds 80x200cm)
- bedroom 2 (double bed 160x200cm).

Private parking with elevator (space #8, private and secure) FOR PASSENGER VEHICLES ONLY (no commercial vehicles). You can be accompanied to demonstrate how the parking garage and elevator work.

Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency: 1 pack (140cm sheets & towels) = €42 per week / 1 pack (90cm sheets & towels) = €32 per week. Optional cleaning = €70
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15/day.
