We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Cancale, this charming house in which is the lodging Taumain of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 17 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 320 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation on the garden level and accessible through a private entrance is composed as follows:
- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful shared, unfenced garden of 320 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Cancale, which has been elected a remarkable site of taste and is renowned for its oysters and shellfish, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The port is 5 minutes walk by a small path called "les jeux".
- Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes at 7 min by car: Intermarché with petrol station, bakeries, tobacconist, post office, florist.
