The 50m² house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. The rental has a lovely enclosed terrace without overlooking neighbours, 25m² ideal for relaxing in deck chairs or sharing a good meal. You will have access to a heated collective swimming pool (open from late April and heated from 30 May to 30 September). In this house, you will find a television and a washing machine. The open kitchen overlooking the living room has induction hobs, a grill microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and Tassimo, a toaster, a kettle...



The property management reminds tenants of the residence that charcoal barbecues are prohibited; however, you will have access to an electric griddle in the accommodation.
