Located on the 1st floor accessible by elevator, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A through living-dining room (north/south) with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a coffee table, a TV, board games, reading as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people and access to the loggia.
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, Tassimo pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker...

Night space:
- A large bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and direct access to the loggia through a large bay window
- A shower room with a shower, a basin and storage space.
- Separate WC.

- An openable loggia of 5 m² facing south, furnished with a table and chairs.
