Beautiful 2-room apartment of 40m2 with independent entrance in the lower part of the villa surrounded by greenery, which can accommodate up to 4 people, NEW, NON-SMOKING and AIR-CONDITIONED with all amenities :

- Sleeps: bedroom with double bed in 160 cm and sofa bed convertible into a first choice bed with real mattress also in 160 cm and wooden slats.

- Bed linen and towels included as well as bathrobes to get to the jacuzzi

- a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking, a NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer and induction hob.

- 132 cm TV with more than 200 channels by Canal + and Canal SAT and WIFI internet connection included.

- Large shower with heated towel rail, hairdryer and welcome products (shower gel and soap), as well as a washing machine for your laundry.

- Separate suspended toilet with washbasin.

- Private, pleasant and sunny outdoor area with American brand Jacuzzi with several relaxation programs consisting of 3 real seats and an elongated place.

- You will also find an aperitif lounge area on comfortable synthetic grass, an outdoor dining set with parasols, deckchairs and a gas plancha available free of charge (on request).

- 2 free parking spaces on site in the residence reserved for the apartment.
