You will fall under the spell of this property located just opposite the Provençal Colorado, in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, 6 km from Apt (12,000 inhabitants).
The location is exceptional: a Mas in the middle of 40 hectares of vines (Côtes du Ventoux) and lavender...

This completely renovated farmhouse, more than 200 years old, will enchant you with its breathtaking view of the Colorado ocher quarries, the Luberon mountain to the South and the Vaucluse mountains to the North. You can walk in the middle of the vineyard, the lavender fields, in the shade of the holm oak groves or the vast park of bicentennial plane trees...

A large, partially shaded terrace (with table and chairs) is located between the swimming pool (12m x 6m x 1 to 2m deep) and the living areas: kitchen, dining room and living room.
Plenty of garden furniture (armchairs, steel sun loungers, deck chairs, small tables) and a barbecue are at your disposal.

The swimming pool is in service from May to October with a floating cover if necessary.
The house is really very bright, it has retained the charm of the old farms of Provence and their freshness in summer thanks to 60cm thick walls (natural air conditioning)

For your comfort, the farmhouse has:
- a large, fully equipped Provençal kitchen-dining room (2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, microwave oven, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, etc.) with a large round table and 10 wrought iron chairs,
- a large living room with Bluetooth Hi-Fi system, 2 sofas and 4 armchairs,
- a TV lounge - guest bedroom, with 2 Louis Philippe armchairs and a sofa bed.

Four beautiful bedrooms:
- the Louis XIII bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), private toilet and bathroom,
- the Provençal bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) and shower-sink room,
- the romantic bedroom, upstairs, with 2 twin beds (180 cm), W.C. and bathroom,
- the children's bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and 2 bunk beds, W.C. and bathroom.

The house is equipped with electric water heaters and electric heating radiators.
Living area = 200 m2. Unfenced garden of 2000 m2.
