## COMMUNICATION WITH HOSTS
We will contact you the day before or on the day of your arrival to arrange the check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4 pm and 8 pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
- For arrival between 8 pm and 10 pm: €35.
- For arrivals between 10 pm and midnight: €65.
- For arrivals after midnight: €100.

## SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €700 in the form of a bank imprint will be required upon booking, securely managed by the online service Swikly. No amount will be charged to your credit card, but a service fee of €9 will apply. This deposit will be automatically canceled within 7 days following your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the return of the apartment in perfect condition.
