The villa has a spacious exterior and ample off-road gated parking. The generous pool is surrounded by a good sized terrace with sunbeds and outdoor seating, and all you need for outside dining. The adjacent poolhouse offers an outside kitchen and bar area with bar stools, a plancher grill, television and laundry area, a shower room and wc.
The house is set out on two levels and has a traditional provençal interior. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, visitors wc, and a lounge that opens into the interior dining area. There is also a smart tv and fibre internet.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms (one with ensuite bath/shower room), one twin room, a shower room and a separate wc. Two of the double rooms and the twin room open out onto an upstairs terrace with lounge seating and coffee tables, overlooking the pool and out over the vineyards to the sea.
