## Neighborhood

Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the sweetness of the South during your stay. Ideally located at 5 min walking distance from the city centre, you will reach the Croisette, the beach and the Palais du Festival in 10 min and the Vieux-Cannes in 15 min.
