Bright and spacious apartment for short term stays with 2 double bedrooms (140*200) and a sofa bed in the lounge. It can sleep up to 6 people.
Located on the third floor (without a lift), our apartment has a long balcony from which you can see the sea on one side and La Clape massif on the other. (see: la clape massif conservation area)
Our apartment is comfortably furnished with a lounge /dining area, 2 TVs, and a separate bathroom. There is also a fitted kitchen equipped with glass ceramic plates, a dish-washer, a fridge, a kettle,a toaster, an oven and an all in one microwave oven. There is a washing machine too.
You will also find the facilities you need to have a home away from home, including cooking utensils, crokery and cutlery.
The apartment includes a private parking space.
Ideally located, our apartment is only a 2 minutes walk away from the main beach and a 5 minutes walk away from the city center. Moreover, right next to the residence, you will find a boulodrome where you can play the game of boules as well as a playground for children.
The seafront promenade provides easy access to the city center where there are shops, bars and restaurants.
There are plenty of activities to do and plenty of sites to see near by.
