In the middle of the pines, between nature and the ocean, this attractive furnished apartment of 32 m2, completely renovated, is located on the ground floor of the Margaux pavilion.
The apartment includes:
-1 independent bedroom with 140 cm bed and cupboard (sheets provided on arrival).
- 1 bathroom with 90 cm walk-in shower (towels provided on arrival).
- 1 separate toilet.
- 1 fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle (including crockery, tea towels and all household products).
- 1 living-dining room including sofa bed/pull-out benches (sheets provided on arrival) and flat screen TV.
- 1 terrace and its furniture, overlooking the pine forest (not overlooked).
- Standard duvets and pillows are provided.
- The rental is non-smoking and animals are not allowed.
- On request when booking: travel cot and baby chair possible.
- On request upon arrival: possibility of a cleaning package upon departure.
- Check-in allowed until 8 pm and check-out allowed from 9 am.
The residence is located in the heart of a relaxing pine forest of more than 4 hectares (10 acres).
It provides, from mid-May to the end of September, a private and heated (from mid-june to mid-september) swimming pool of 400 m2, as well as a paddling pool, which will allow you to cool off and enjoy the water games.
Near the aquatic area there is a play area for children with swings, slides and ping-pong tables.
- 1 free collective parking lot, opposite the pavilion, as well as hoops to hang bikes.
- The beaches of Lacanau Ocean are located approximately 2 km away via shaded cycle paths (i.e. 25 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car).
- Near the Residence, two 9 and 18 hole golf courses can be discovered.
- Around the golf course, and near the ocean, various sporting and fun activities can be practiced: surfing (with several schools on the beach), padel, wakeboarding, windsurfing, introduction to sailing (courses on optimists, catamarans, dinghies, etc.) particularly on the lake of Lacanau (located at 3km).
- Hiking or cycling in the pine forest with numerous cycle paths.
- Tennis club 600m away: 16 courts including 4 indoor and 2 squash rooms.
- Balneotherapy 500m away at the Vitalparc wellness center (relaxation area and spa).
