You will have all the necessary comforts: a bright living room with a lounge and a dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a beautiful swimming pool shared by the residents to enjoy a relaxing moment after a day of sightseeing!
Bed linen and towels included. Pets accepted on request.

Accommodation:
Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room including a sitting area with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table for up to 4 people.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker...

Night area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outside area :
- A beautiful swimming pool of 10x5m, common to the residence. The pool is open from June to the end of September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

Neighbourhood :
The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet and pleasant area only 200 m from the city centre where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Relaxation on the beach and water sports: sailing, paddle, diving.
- Hiking and mountain biking
- Visit of wine estates and tasting of local products.
- Aoubré l'Aventure Nature, Parachute, escape game, car circuit...
- Visits to surrounding towns and villages: Lorgues, Encasteaux, Draguignan, Vidauban, Roquebrune-sur-Argens.

Transport :
- Bus: stop "Le Luc" located 2 min walk from the accommodation.
- Gonfaron train station located 10 km away (12 min by car).
- Saint-Tropez airport located at 40 km (47 min by car).

- Free parking available in the street in front of the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Cleaning at the end of the stay includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Pets are allowed on request, please specify when booking.
- All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of the accompanying persons.
- The swimming pool is accessible via keys and bracelets which you will find inside the accommodation.
- The accommodation does not have Wifi.
